GUERRACHROM® is a consumable nutraceutical. For safety and product-integrity reasons, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception: if an order is undeliverable and returned to us, we issue a refund and dispose of the product, since it cannot be restocked or resold. Cancelling stops future charges; the set for the month you've already been billed still ships, and past months aren't refunded. All sales are final — the one exception is an order we can't deliver, which we refund.
