Each order includes three products that work together: 1 jar of AM Powder, 1 bottle of PM Softgels, and 1 bottle of PM Capsules. All three ship together in one box.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — NYC metro area customers can expect 1–3 business days, California customers 4–6 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@guerrachrom.com within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund. Opened products are eligible for a refund minus a restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Take the AM Powder in the morning mixed with water or your preferred beverage. Take the PM Softgels and PM Capsules in the evening with a meal. Consistency is key — the system is designed for daily use.

Individual results vary. Based on clinical observation and testing, many users begin to notice changes in hair pigmentation within 60–90 days of consistent daily use. Full results may take 4–6 months. Weekly photographic documentation is recommended to track progress.
